This site has no sign-up forms or user accounts. The only personal data we may process is:

  • Browsing data: if you accept analytics cookies (see cookie policy), Google Analytics collects anonymised usage data.
  • WhatsApp contact data: if you message us on WhatsApp, we process your number and the conversation content solely to answer your query.

We don't collect payment data: booking and payment for any tour happens directly on GetYourGuide, under their own privacy policy.

3. Purpose of processing

We use this data only to understand site usage in aggregate (analytics) and to answer your WhatsApp queries. We don't use your data to send you advertising or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Legal basis

Processing of browsing data is based on your explicit consent when you accept the cookie banner. Processing of your WhatsApp conversation is based on your own initiative in contacting us.

5. Third parties involved

  • Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) — only if you accept analytics cookies.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) — if you message us through that channel, under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
  • GetYourGuide — does not share your personal data with us just because you booked through an affiliate link; your booking relationship is directly with them.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by messaging us on WhatsApp or at the contact email listed in the legal notice. You can also file a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Data retention

WhatsApp conversation data is kept only as long as needed to resolve your query. Aggregate analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' retention settings.
