What "safari" means for a jet ski tour
It isn't an official or standardised term: each operator decides what to include under that name. In practice, it usually refers to a guided convoy tour — like most tours in Tenerife — with a somewhat longer route, a stop (for example, to swim or take photos), or passing more than one point of interest along the coast. The base safety format — a skipper guiding the group, a briefing beforehand, life jackets — usually doesn't change compared to a "standard" tour.
